Terms of Use and End User License
Effective September 10, 2026.
The software tools published by Walking Circles Productions Inc. are private, internal-use applications. They are made available only to Walking Circles Productions Inc. and to companies that have explicitly engaged us and authorized a connection. No public license is granted.
Use
- Authorized companies may connect their accounts for the purpose of the engagement agreed with us and may disconnect at any time.
- The tools are provided as-is for internal operations and carry no warranty of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tools; the authorizing company remains responsible for the accuracy of its own records.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
