Walking Circles Productions Inc. is a federally incorporated Canadian production and technology company based in Toronto, Ontario, led by Andrei Ionescu.

The company began in post-production, with two decades of editorial work on broadcast television. It now designs and builds the platforms that carry that work: a white-label streaming platform with server-side ad insertion, a live FAST channel, and connected-TV apps, commercially licensed for distribution to US public media organizations and running publicly as CobuTV.

Alongside platform work, Walking Circles Productions provides production intelligence and back-office tooling for independent producers, including accounting integrations used internally to support partner companies.
