Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026.

Walking Circles Productions Inc. ("we") builds internal software tools, including integrations with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. These tools are used solely by us and by the specific companies that have authorized us to work with their data. They are not offered to the public.

What we access

When a company connects an accounting service to one of our tools, we access only the accounting data the company administrator authorizes at connection time, and only for bookkeeping, reporting, and financial review performed on that company’s behalf.

How data is handled

• Data is processed on equipment we control and is not sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party.
• Access credentials are stored locally, encrypted at rest where the platform supports it, and are never published or transmitted except to the originating service.
• We retain data only as long as needed for the engagement, and delete it on request.

Disconnecting

A connected company can revoke access at any time from within its own service account. Revocation immediately invalidates our stored credentials. See our disconnect page.
